How Do You Define Wealth?

At KHC Wealth Management, we define wealth more broadly than other financial planners:  financial capital + human capital = wealth.  Your money and your time, talents and experience (Your human capital) are merely tools to help you achieve your goals.

With our philosophy of Making Life Count!® we encourage clients to live well today while balancing for the future.  Wealth isn’t about the dollars in your 401K, it’s about having a full, wealthy life.

As a coach, I’m a big believer in the power of having mentors.  This led me to read Tony Jeary’s post on success.com about having a wealth coach – someone who is wealthy in all ways, not just financially speaking.   This marries the idea of wealth being broader than your financial accounts and the value of having mentor who can help you achieve a fuller, more successful life.  I encourage you to think about the type of person you want to be, what you want to achieve, and as Tony suggests, find someone or several people who can serve as mentors to show you the way.
